   Well hello there!  So, today we learned about the Code of Justinian or "Justinian's Code" ...either way is fine.  Byzantine emperor, Justinian, chose to take the 20,000+ old Roman Empire laws and narrow them down to just a few, well-organized, clear laws.  Anyway, we started out by analyzing laws from here in Georgia... some of them were very ridiculous and some were just plain stupid.  Others made sense.
