THURSDAY+FRIDAY - APRIL 30, 2010

   Happy weekend, guys!  Today & yesterday we watched the most of All Quiet on the Western Front, the movie about WWI's Battle of Verdun between France & Germany.  We discussed a lot of what was going on in the movie:  people, countries, fighting, weapons, conditions on the front, new technology, leaders, causes, effects, etc...

   On Monday we will finish the last 10 minutes of the movie and then use it to review for Tuesday's WWI Quiz.  For the quiz, you will be expected to know some of the following:
